PLAYER EVALUATION DAY

9-10 AND 11-12 BASEBALL PLAYER EVALUATION DAY
SATURDAY MARCH 16TH 3:00 - 4:00PM FOR 09-10 MINORS BASEBALL at MHS Soccer Field
SATURDAY MARCH 16TH 4:00 - 5:00PM FOR 11-12 MAJORS BASEBALL at MHS Soccer Field
Coaches Clinic SATURDAY MARCH 16TH 9:00AM - 12:00PM at Middletown Middle School Gym

We are getting closer to the start of the baseball season. The coaches clinic is Saturday March 16th from 9:00AM - 12:00PM, this is for all Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Parents. This season we are going to be doing things a little bit differently when deciding teams for our 9-10 minors and 11-12 majors teams. In order to have more balanced teams in each league, we are opening up this year with a draft from our coaches. We will be having a baseball player evaluation day on Saturday, March 16th for our 9-10 Minors and 11-12 Majors Baseball players.

We are asking our 9-10 minors players to show up to the Middletown High School soccer field at Middletown High School from 3:00pm - 4:00 pm please be there by 2:45pm and we will run through a few drills, such as running, pitching, catching and hitting. (Please only bring your baseball glove and hat and wear tennis shoes, NO CLEATS) All players registered will be placed on a team and we are asking all players to please be at this player evaluation.

We are asking our 11-12 majors players to show up to the Middletown High School soccer field at Middletown High School from 4:00pm - 5:00 pm please be there by 3:45pm and we will run through a few drills, such as running, pitching, catching and hitting. (Please only bring your baseball glove and hat and wear tennis shoes, NO CLEATS) All players registered will be placed on a team and we are asking all players to please be at this player evaluation.

Our tee ball and coach pitch players will be selected using a blind draw to place players on teams.

All teams will be finalized by March 23rd and will be announced soon after that through email from the Middie Way Website. Soon after teams are announced players will be contacted by team coach for practice schedule. Game schedule is in process of being created, and OPENING DAY is scheduled to be Saturday April 27th.

We are still in need of volunteers and we ask that you please consider volunteering to help with your players team in any way that you can. Any help for our coaches is a great help. All volunteers must register on Middie Way as a volunteer and must pass a background check before helping with team.
